Delivery and Shipping

We deliver within Sweden. After you place an order (via contact form or in the showroom), we will confirm availability and send you delivery options and a total price including shipping. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. You can also collect your order at our Stockholm showroom at no extra cost. Delivery terms will be confirmed before payment.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by invoice (faktura), bank transfer and card payment at the showroom. Payment details and deadlines will be provided when you place an order. All prices on the website are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT (moms) where applicable.

Return Period

You may return unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original condition with all packaging intact.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Have proof of purchase
  • Not be damaged or show signs of wear

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with original packaging
  5. Ship or bring the item to our location

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Custom or personalized items

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at ember@siftingflora.world. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our return policy.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products of the same price. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning the product. We will hold the replacement item for you once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

General Legal Requirements

This return policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights under Swedish and EU law. For distance and off-premises contracts, the Consumer Rights Act (Konsumentköplagen, SFS 2022:260) gives you a right of withdrawal within 14 days; we offer 30 days for returns. For defective goods, the statutory warranty and right to complain (reklamationsrätt) under Swedish law apply. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not limited by this policy.
